Mothers’ Circles
Mothers’ Circles offer the opportunity to unload, unwind and recharge through a series of guided visualisation, journaling and reflective practices. Feel inspired for the season ahead and connect with yourself and other local mothers in a facilitated and confidential environment.
We explore the shared experiences and challenges of child-raising, coming together to break down the expectations and realities of current day motherhood.
Online Circle
Next circle: Sunday 22 Sept at 10am (Sydney time)
The theme of this circle is "Supporting ourselves as we support our child/ren through transitions", because helping babies, toddlers, kids and teens through their stuff is HARD.
I'll be offering some grounding practices, journaling prompts and sharing time. This session will be 75-90 minutes in duration, and I can almost guarantee you'll leave feeling more centred, more hopeful and less self-judgey than when you arrive.
Standard and concession/single parent pricing is available, please select the right one for you.
This sessions are included as part Default Parent Project low cost online community membership. Find out about the membership here.
In Person Circle
In person circles provide a dedicated space for you to unwind. They are structured to promote deep calm and connection, with a view to ensure you feel seen, heard and have the opportunity to make real, local friendships. I plan these 3 hour sessions as a half day mini-retreat. By the close you will be fed, watered, calmer, more energised and more confident in yourself and your parenting.
Sessions are held quarterly on Sundays between 10am and 1pm at Teralba Community Hall, 15 Anzac Pde, Teralba (Awabakal Country).
2024 circle dates are as follows:
- Sunday 25th Feb
- Sunday 26th May
- Sunday 25th August
- Sunday 24th November
8 spots are available for each session.
Herbal tea and food is provided, please advise of any dietary requirements as I am happy to cater to your needs.
This session is open to mothers and birth parents of children of all ages. Babes 6 months and under are welcome to attend with you, however if you feel more able to relax without them you may prefer to arrange alternative care.
