Every mother, parent and person is deserving of care. Whether you are experiencing a challenging pregnancy, navigating a pregnancy loss or termination, preparing for baby's arrival, bringing your baby home from NICU, recovering from a challenging birth, juggling multiples or finally taking a breath after the intense early years of parenting, I can support you. As a full spectrum doula, my care provides you with the in home hands on support, nurturing, knowledge and scheduled, protected rest time you need to recouperate physically, recalibrate mentally and be as well as you possibly can.
